Due to the custom and digital nature of our ecommerce and service website solutions, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced or a product has been delivered, except under specific circumstances described below.

• You changed your mind after work has started or after delivery
• The website or service does not fit your specific project after delivery
• You modified the delivered website or service, causing it to break
• You failed to review the project scope or product description before purchasing

4. How to Request a Refund

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your account may be restricted or permanently banned from Iyonicorp services.
